The exhibition ‘Under Construction – New Positions in American Photography,’ which FOAM presented in collaboration with the John Adams Institute at Unseen, is on view at Pioneer Works in Brooklyn, New York through April 26th. The exhibition features the work of ten young American and Canadian artists whose work represents a fundamental renaissance in photography in an era of digital techniques and distribution. “The participants in Under Construction are in fact reinventing photography within a totally different societal context, taking more than 150 years of photographic history into account,’ according to FOAM.
