During the run-up to the American Presidential elections, Noorderlicht gallery in Groningen will show four projects. Each has a different take on this unique political process. American photographer Mark Peterson followed multiple candidates and their supporters, while Christopher Morris made surreal slow motion movies about their campaign trails. Dina Litovski, a Ukranian photographer working from New York, focused on Trump’s fans during the Republican Convention. Lastly, the Swiss photographer Cédric von Niederhäusern shows a selection from his work City upon a Hill, which focusses on the social-economic landscape of the United States. The exhibition runs from 24 September until 20 December.
