In an interview (in Dutch) in 360 Magazine, former JAI guest Laszlo Bock discusses Google’s hiring strategies, including the automated system qDroid, which provides the interviewer with suitable questions for the position he is interviewing for. “The questions are indeed generic, but then it is the answers that are supposed to be convincing.”
