On May 14th, Amazon will start airing The Underground Railroad, a historical fiction drama series directed by Barry Jenkins based on the novel of the same name by Colson Whitehead. The author visited the John Adams in 2017 to talk about his novel which won both the Pulizer Prize and the National Book Award.
